Start your day feeling empowered and energized with yoga every Tuesday and Thursday mornings! In this class you will mindfully move breath to movement as you flow continuously and learn the fundamentals of yoga through detailed explanations of the postures. This class is catered to beginning students and those who wish to focus on the proper alignment of each pose.
December 24- January 9: Every Tuesday & Thursdays, 7:30am, Classes will be in english. Please bring a mat, water and wear comfortable clothes.
